Breaking the registration monopoly



Thank you for proceeding w/ the test to break the NSI monopoly.  I have
never before seen on organization like NSI that treats it's customers so
rudely.  Please follow through with the breakup of this ridiculous
monopoly.
 
After numerous phone calls (one phone number listed on the NSI web site
for paid calls to "support" did not even exist!) and emails to NSI just
to figure out the byzantine process to follow attempt to change a
technical contact name for our already registered site www.aimmax.com, I
finally gave up in total frustration.  The instructions posted on their
web site for the process are horrific.
