This is a meeting of the Generic Names Supporting Organization's (GNSO) IGO/INGO Identifier Protection Policy Development Process Working Group. This Working Group has been tasked to provide the GNSO Council with a policy recommendation regarding whether the identifiers of certain International Government Organizations (IGOs) and International non-Government Organizations (INGOs) should be provided protection from unauthorized registration in the top and/or second levels of all gTLDs. The WG is expected to provide an update on its activities and discuss possible policy recommendations.
