At its kick-off meeting (ICANN 45 in Toronto), the 2013 Nominating Committee adopted a policy of making the committee's process as open and transparent as possible, while maintaining the absolute confidentiality about candidates. In keeping with this policy, this meeting of the Nominating Committee in Beijing is open to all attendees of ICANN 46.
