This session will include presentations on engagement from Sally Costerton, David Olive and Xavier Calvez to start the session followed by an interactive work session in which attendees will break into 4 groups to discuss priorities. At the end of the discussion session the groups will report back to the whole session and the suggestions will advise the next set of steps in the implementation of engagement strategy

• Production of collateral (products that we can all use: websites, ppts, printed and digital material)
• Conferences, event and speaker panels, workshops
• Digital engagement (online platforms, access tools)
• Populate the "waffle iron model" ie how to assess and identify where the community and constituencies are in their level of engagement
