• A breakdown of topics to be discussed:
  • Policy
    • Issue that were discussed over the weekend in the GNSO meeting. Specifics TBD;
    • Issues that are coming up for a vote in the Wednesday meeting. Specifics TBD;
    • Issues stemming from AGv5. Specifics TBD;
    • emergent issues from Working Groups and Working Teams. Specifics TBD;
  • Structural
    • Intrahouse Issues
    • Elections of chair and vice Chair
    • Status of NCSG charter
    • Status of any prospective Constituencies
• An explanation of the session's goals and expected outcomes:
  • In terms of Policy it is to give a chance for different views to be expressed so that the GNSO Council members have all the possible information they need to be able to make decisions on issues that reflect the diversity of views in the NCSG. these discussions will also relate directly to any issue that may be up for a vote by the council members - they will be given the chance to discuss the issues at length so that each can decide how he or she wil vote and will be able to share that with the meeting.
  • To check on the status of all the many process issues and to try and avoid having them sap all of the energy out to the NCSG. As much as possible, these should be short updates, with next steps clearly outlined.
• A list of speakers/panelists split up according to relevant subject:
  • This is to be determined based on the topic. Mostly the topics will be introduced by a member of the council or by someone who has been attending the relevant Working Group or Work Team. The hope is that those attending the meeting will do most of the talking.
