Leaders open the phone bridges, and each group appoints a secretary. We work through the Scope of Work in detail – a brainstorming and discussion session.
Goal: for each group to arrive at a Scope of Work statement (45 min) - Scope of Work: return together.
Each group presents its Scope of Work statement and ideas. We compare them, discuss them, and consider similarities and differences. If we are clearly on the same page, we might proceed to action items, if not, we will discuss a plan to arrive at a single scope of work by or in London (45 min). - Whois Background Information (Denise Michel, Liz Gasster, invited) (10 min)
