This is a closed working session of the GNSO Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy Part B Working Group. As part of a broader review of the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy (IRTP), a second Policy Development Process WG, the IRTP Part B PDP is addressing five issues focusing on issues related to domain hijacking, the urgent return of an inappropriately transferred name and “lock status”. Following the publication of its Initial Report (see http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-2-29may10-en.htm) and subsequent public comment forum, the Working Group has reviewed the public comments received and is working on finalizing its report.
