The work currently ongoing in the ccNSO WG on Delegation, re-delgation and retirement is particularly relevant for Governments. The GAC has extensively discussed the public policy implication of the delegation of a ccTLD and has issues Principles for delgation in 2005. Discussio in Cartagena is meant to examine the results of the activities so far and identify relvant public policy issues.
