Overview
The study group is established by the ccNSO Council to provide the ccNSO Council, ccNSO membership:
- An overview and analyses of current issues and benefits pertaining to the use of a “quorum rule” in Article IX and Annex B of the ICANN Bylaws, and ccNSO Rules and Guidelines.
- If considered appropriate by the study group, advise on a course of further actions, if any, to resolve issues identified under Paragraph 1.
