This is an open meeting to discuss ICANN's Framework for the FY12 Budget. Community feedback and questions are encouraged in order to build a stronger draft budget and operating plan for posting on 17 May 2011. Further public comment will be taken into account, and a final FY12 Operating Plan and Budget, which reflects the priorities and focus that the community has requested will be presented to the Board in June at ICANN 41 meeting for final adoption.
