In fulfillment of ATRT Recommendations 23 and 25, calling for a review of ICANN's Accountability Structures, ICANN's international panel of experts serving on the Accountability Structures Expert Panel (ASEP) is soliciting input from the community on ICANN's Reconsideration process and the Independent Review process, and whether they can or should be modified. 

The input received at this session along with comments and inputs sent to the ASEP will inform their recommendations, which will be posted for more formal public comment sometime after the Toronto meeting.
