ICANN Yokohama Meeting Topic - Introduction of New Top-Level Domains: Expression of Interest #23

To Whom It May Concern:

My company, InterLink, is an established Internet Provider with several years of relevant experience. As such, we would like to propose .inc as a new Top Level Domain.

Our .inc would be an unrestricted TLD designed to assuage the burden and traffic currently associated with the ubiquitous .com. Certainly, incorporated businesses would be prime candidates for .inc domains, as would other business entities that have, for whatever reason, been denied entry into the .com name space. Finally, .inc could serve as a generic "catch-all" TLD, much in the same manner and capacity as .com now operates.

Provided ICANN does indeed solicit applications for new TLDs, our intention of following through with a formal application in 100%.

Thank you for your time.

Regards,

Jay Link
