The GNSO IGO-INGO Access to Curative Rights Protection Mechanisms Policy Development Process Working Group was chartered in June 2014 to consider whether or not existing processes such as the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy and the Uniform Rapid Suspension procedure should be modified, or possibly a new process developed, to address the specific needs of international governmental organizations (IGOs) and international non-governmental organizations (INGOs). The Working Group continues to consider issues relating to the jurisdictional immunity of IGOs from possible court proceedings in order to develop final recommendations for the questions it was chartered to review. The Working Group invites interested community members to attend this meeting to provide feedback on the various proposals and ideas being considered.
