Jeanne joined the ICANN organization in February 2016 as Sr. Manager, GDD Operations. She started heading up the Registrar service delivery side of GDD Operations in April 2016.

Jeanne brings with her over 20 years of management experience leading high-performance technology solutions focused teams. Jeanne is passionate about building & motivating teams and establishing business processes that positively impact organizational effectiveness and profitability.

Prior to ICANN, Jeanne was Director of Operations with Civica Software, a leading local government website developer, where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company as well as 100+ concurrent website, CRM and mobile app project implementations.

Jeanne previously founded and managed Recruiting Services International, Inc., a premier executive recruiting firm. Prior to operating her own business, Jeanne held various management roles in Customer Support, Customer Service and Technical Support with Compaq Computers’ Europe, Middle East & Africa division.

Jeanne is a graduate of University of Saarland, Germany where she received her Master of Arts in English and French with a minor in Technical Translating. She also attended Henley Business School, United Kingdom for Executive MBA Studies.

Jeanne is fluent in English, German and conversational French.
