Guest presentation by Brian Gutterman, Registrant Program Manager, Global Domains Division (GDD), Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN); https://www.icann.org/registrants [icann.org] Brian will speak to some of the main issues and challenges that everyday registrants seem to be facing/encountering when managing their domain names, and, present some of the educational materials we’ve developed and disseminated for registrants to help them (including materials about ICANN policies applicable to registrants). The session will also hear community feedback about additional educational content/resources and or general topic areas that we could develop/focus on moving forward to help registrants. 2. Guest presentation by Andrew McConachie, Technical & Policy Manager, SSAC and RSSAC. Andrew will discuss policy and process issues of importance to At-Large and RSSAC.
