At-Large: Introduction to the Empowered Community and ICANN Community Working Group reports

Stephen Deerhake will explain the role of the Chairs of ICANN's SOs and ACs to collectively act as the Empowered Community legally enforce community powers, under California law. The rules that govern the Empowered Community are defined in the ICANN Articles of Incorporation and its Bylaws. The Community has nine powers to ensure the ICANN Board and ICANN Organization are accountable.
