Session DetailsThis small team was first asked to perform the very narrow task of reviewing the SubPro Outputs marked as “pending” by the Board and suggest a path for resolution. Now that the small team has completed its original assignment of triaging the pending recommendations and dispositioned many of the pending recommendations by adopting a Clarifying Statement by the GNSO Council, the focus will need to shift to reviewing the remaining recommendations. For these remaining pending recommendations that are expected to not be adopted by the ICANN Board, the small team is to propose substantive changes, if any, that could be considered by the GNSO Council to address the Board’s concerns. This session will be dedicated to furthering the work of the small team.
