Session Details
Upstander training seeks to reduce instances of disrespect (which can sometimes lead to harassment) by giving participants the tools they need to disrupt those perpetrating the harassment. The training will equip participants with the right information on how to be an effective bystander using proven methodologies. An upstander is someone who witnesses a behavior that could lead to something high risk or harmful, and makes the choice to intervene to make things better.
