Session Details
The Independent Review Process (IRP) provides for third-party review of Board or staff actions (or inactions) alleged to be inconsistent with ICANN’s Articles or Bylaws. The IRP Implementation Oversight Team (IRP-IOT) has been developing proposed updates to the rules which govern the IRP, the IRP Supplementary Procedures, and will provide an update on their proposals on the following rules: • Rule 2A (Initiation)• Rule 3 (Panel Selection)• Rule 4 (Initiation, Time for Filing)• Rule 5B (Translation)• Rule 7 (Consolidation, Intervention and Amicus)
