Tom Bolt is Founding Attorney with BoltNagi PC, specializing in telecommunications, legislation and corporate law. He currently serves as President/CEO of the Virgin Islands Public Telecommunications System, Inc. (VIPTS), the organization that manages the .vi domain for the U.S. Virgin Islands. He also serves a Commissioner of the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, a member of the House of Delegates for the American Bar Association and a member of the National Advisory Board of The Salvation Army and The Salvation Army World Service Organization.
