Mrs. Sangai P. M. Wolapaye has 15 years of working experience and currently serves as a Technical Analyst for the Department of International Gateway Services, Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA). As a Technical Analyst, she supervises the Internet Governance Section which includes Internet Exchange Point, Country Code Top Level Domain, and Cybersecurity. Mrs. Wolapaye serves as an Administrative Assistant for the Commissioner of International Gateway Services of the LTA from 2013- 2015. She also serves as Office Manager of the ITAS Project at the Ministry of Finance from 2008-2013 and Secretary to the Deputy Commissioner for Outstation from 2002-2008 Mrs. Wolapaye is a 2019 fellow from The Swedish Program for ICT in Developing Regions (SPIDER) at Stockholm University in Sweden with a Certificate in Project Management for ICT Regulation- Policy and Practice. Mrs. Wolapaye is also a 2018 fellow from the United States Telecommunication Training Institute (USTTI) in Washington D.C with a Certificate in Cybersecurity for Policy Makers, Communications Infrastructure Economics, and Regulations; Computer Emergency Response Team (CERTs), Cybersecurity Coordination, National Cybersecurity Policy: Balancing Risk and Innovation. She has a Certificate in Country Code Top Level Domain Administration and Operations and also in Network Disaster Recovery & IP Network. Mrs. Wolapayes holds several accolades from the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), West Africa Telecommunication Regulators Assembly (WATRA), Internet Society-Liberia Chapter, and the African Union (AU). She is a Member of the Internet Society and comes with experience in the telecommunication sector of Liberia Mrs. Wolapaye holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Liberia with a Minor in Public Administration, A Diploma in Network Engineering from the BlueCrest University in Liberia, and a High School Diploma and Certificate from Len Millar Senior School, Salvation Army School System
