Suman K. Sharma is a results-driven IT and Cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, IT/IS audits, and executive leadership. Adept at strategic planning, risk management, and team supervision, he possesses a strong technical foundation in network administration, server management, and cybersecurity best practices. His passion for research, continuous learning, and contributing to cybersecurity training initiatives has positioned him as a key leader in Nepal's IT sector.
Beyond corporate leadership, Suman holds influential community roles, including Vice President of npCert (Nepal Information Security Response Team), where he leads incident response and awareness efforts. As a founding board member of the Internet Society (ISOC) Nepal Chapter - Open Internet Nepal, he advocates for secure digital ecosystems and open internet policies. He also serves as IT Consultant for several national and international organizations and is a member of the Federation of Computer Association Nepal (CAN Federation), contributing to national cybersecurity training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
