Service Problems with Network Solutions

Just a short comment. I've been trying to get a domain name changed from its current owner to our company with the agreement and support of the current owner (we've also paid them for it). However, getting this done by way of InterNIC has turned into a time sink nightmare. Their systems and procedures are a total mess and their interaction with customers is abominable. Something should be done.

I'm not sure if this is the proper forum but I can't seem to fiind any other place to vent even a little bit.
