[Comment-Dnso] IDNO Representation in ICANN

Dear Sir or Madam,
Please do not fail to include in your representations one of the
very few, (if not only) organization that speaks for the individual
domain name holders. This group of people, formally speaking or not, is
a very fast growing group where most everyone is being bombarded with
ads presenting every assistance to have one's own domain name. What
appears to be happening in ICANN is a "democracy" where only leaders in
the industry get a voice. This is, at very best, a republic, but not
even that, because there is no forum for electing who will be among
those representatives. If you intend all along to simply railroad
through your own agenda or that of the major players, you certainly need
not listen to me, but if you really want to be a representative
organization, please consider inclusion of IDNO and any other group that
represents the "rank and file" of the internet community.

Sincerely yours,
Karl E. Peters
