[Comment-Ip] APAA Support for WIPO Report

The Asian Patent Attorney Association (APAA) wishes to record its
support for the adoption of WIPO's "Final Report of the WIPO Domain
Name Process."  In particular we agree with the comments made in the
attachment to Mike Heltzer's (mheltzer@inta.org) email to you dated 21
May 1999 (the Memorandum to ICANN from AIPLA, ASCAP, BMI, FICPI,
INTA, MARQUES and MPA) and support the views contained in that
Memorandum.
