ETSI, the European Telecommunications Standards Institute, endorses the
proposal for a Protocol Supporting Organization submitted by Scott Bradner
on behalf of the IETF POISSON Working Group, posted at
http://www.icann.org/pso/pso1.html.

ETSI fulfils the conditions listed in Appendix A of the proposal, and will
be happy to actively contribute to the success of the initiative by
participating in the development of the MoU mentioned in Article 1.c.
