Dear Mr Roberts,

In our previous e-mail, we sent a letter as our expression of support for 
the NCWG application, in view of the Singapore meeting.However, I just got 
a message explaining that the message was infected by a virus and I wanted 
to warn you.

I sent the letter of support by fax. I really apologize for this 
inconvenience. As soon as our system is cleaned I will send you the letter.
