I concur with this AOL comment!
ICANN should be cognizant of developments under the laws of
the United States and other jurisdictions in this area, and revisit and revise
these concepts in order to harmonize the UDRP with the developing international
legal standards for abusive domain name registrations.
The ICANN organization will lose extreme credibility
if the UDRP will strangle the U.S. judicial system with unconstitutional
laws and jurisdiction. The Department of Commerce may grant authority
to ICANN. However, that doesn't mean that this UDRP can't be challenged in it's
present form through the U.S. Court System.
ICANN must be fair and observe all laws governing trade in all
jurisdictions and not interfere with the constitution of the United
States.
