Instead of wasting time and bandwidth with long-winded arguments that
you may or may not have heard before, I will simply put my opinion to
your attention. Please trust that I have read the proposal as well as a
large body of public comments and therefore have come to my opinion
through learning and reason.  Drop the current WIPO proposal and let's
start again.
