.nz response to WG-A report

Greetings

.nz has responded to the DNSO WG-A report, arguing against adopting the
WIPO Ch 3 recommendations, and recommending the withdrawl of the report
for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is insufficient
timeframes to consult our stakeholders.
