All,

  It seems to me that voting at this time would be inappropriate and
premature based on some, if not all of the following reasons...

1.) Qualifications of membership to the NCDNHC are yet to be
     worked out with respect to NON-PROFIT and NON-COMMERCIAL.

2.) Positions and questions to the potential candidates and answers
     to them as well as follow up questions have yet to be posed or
     even ask...

3.) Some potential candidates positions on issues are not even known
     at this time.

4.) The issue of "Alternates" with respect to the ICANN and DNSO bylaws
      appears to still be in question and some posted candidates have
      suggested individuals as "Alternates".

5.) Several NCDNHC applicants have multiple challenges to their
      applications, therefore leading to and inaccurate voting tally potentially.

6.) No independent internationally recognized organization is overseeing the
     voting to assist in voting fraud.
