Terms & Conditions
By clicking on Submit button, you understand and agree to the following:
1...The Domain Name you are applying for is not official until we send you written confirmation from the Registry that your name has been accepted and you are the registered owner. It is possible that someone may reserve your name prior to the time yours is accepted at the Registry, in which case we will work with you to select an alternative Domain Name.
2...InternetCrusade will reserve your domain name with the official Registry and "park" that domain name on our servers until you are ready to activate your account. Your reservation fee covers the first two years of exclusive ownership of your domain. Activating your account enables you to use your new domain name for e-mail and web purposes -- this requires that your domain name be "hosted" on a Domain Name Server (DNS) and pointed to your e-mailbox and web site location. For information on our minimal annual hosting fees, contact CustomerService@InternetCrusade.com
3...Once your name is reserved, the reservation fee is not refundable. We reserve the name as entered by you -- double check for any typo or MISSPELLINGS before completing the order.
4...You understand that even though the domain name you choose is accepted by the Internic Registry, it is subject to possible claims of copyright infringement by someone holding a prior federally registered trademark or copyright to that name. InternetCrusade makes no representations as to the legality of the name we register on your behalf.
