questions about: .web .firm .sex etc.. new domains

Dear ICANN,

I have a few simple questions RE: .web .firm .sex etc..

1. What is the best guess on how long it will be until these new domains
are made available? 1 mo, 2 mo, 6 mo, 1 yr, etc..

2. When they are made available, will all registrars have them from day
1? if not, which registrars will most likely be the first ones to
register them?

3. How often on average do you send out editions of your
[icann-announce@icann.org] subscriber list? 1 a day, 1 a week, 2 a week,
1 a month, etc..

4. Will the activation/ availability of new domains be first announced
to the [icann-announce@icann.org] list? if not, how/ where will it first
be announced?
