To Whom It May Concern,

I realise that 1) you guys are pretty busy and 2) you no doubt receive lots 
of unsolicited submissions from around the world as to how you should be 
doing your job.

I thought that I would add my two cents to the debate by attaching for your 
information an essay I wrote recently on the topic of balancing the rights 
of trade mark owners, domain name holders and the development of a coherent 
and consistent policy.

Contained in my essay is a proposed structure for domain name allocation, 
which I send to you in the hopes that you find it useful.

Any feedback is much appreciated. I understand that you are a busy 
organisation, but I would encourage you to take the time to read my essay.
