Change your hypthetical slightly and you may change your own answer.  I do not know
what AT&T (nor the Teamsters) may be doing to enforce their view of the world under
the current system of secret ballots, but, no matter what the answer, I would not
favor public balloting as is proposed.

The question is whether it might affect any votes if AT&T could monitor them.  Does
anyone doubt that it would?
