Start-Up Loans and Grants

In 1999, ICANN executed one-year unsecured loan agreements with the following organizations in the amounts shown:

• Cisco Systems, Inc., $150,000
• MCI Worldcom Corporation, $500,000
• 3Com Corporation, $175,000
• Deutsche Telekom, $200,000

After extensions by the lenders, these loans were repaid.
