    individual Internet users who are citizens or residents of countries
    within the Geographic Region in which your organization is based will
    predominate in your organization's operation?

    Yes.
  2. Describe your organization's constituents/membership (number,
    citizenship/location, defining characteristic - e.g. profession for
    professional societies):

    ISOC Finland has currently 81 private individual members, no
    organizational members. Additionally there are 55 Finnish ISOC Global
    Members (free individual membership) who are considered to be associate
    members without voting rights.
  3. Explain the eligibility requirements (if any) for your
    organization's constituents/membership (if you provide a written

    There are no aligibility requirements for membership. The membership

    Mostly in Finnish, secondarily in English.

    The General Assembly of its members elects the President and Board of
    ISOC Finland annually. ISOC Finland is a registered association in
    Finland and conducts its activities according to Finnish laws.

    ISOC Finland is a Chartered Chapter of the Internet Society.

    Yes.
