    Yes.

    The Privaterra community consists of approximately 50 members - these
    include partner organizations, advisors and trainers who the organization partners
    with to provide information security consulting services and training.

    Yes. The organization is receives its funding from in-kind donations, grants
    and charitable donations.

    Privaterra operates as an ongoing independent project of the Sage Charitable
    foundation (Canada). The organization's managing director and its board of
    directors direct its ongoing activities. Its board of advisors provides ongoing
    strategic advice.

    Privaterra's members are mostly volunteers based in Canada, The US and
    Latin America. These members are professionals involved in information society
    issues, privacy and information security training and consulting.
