Overview

Consistent with the spirit of the Affirmation of Commitments, ICANN Staff developed a Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey to obtain the community’s perceptions of the Performance Effectiveness of ten overarching service categories supported by ICANN Staff.

Agenda Details:

Staff will report on the scope, design and results of the survey and subsequent follow-up efforts.  Community members will have the opportunity to comment on the results and to share their views on the process, design and logistics of future survey efforts.
