Overview

The transition from Social Text to Confluence has recently been completed at ICANN. The session is aimed at providing some friendly helpful basic instructions, and answering such questions as What is a wiki? What is Confluence wiki? Where can I get additional documentation about Confluence wikis? Also providing hands-on training on how to access and use the Community wiki tool.
