SSAC Open Meeting
Wednesday, 28 March 2007, 18:15 - 19:15
ICANN Meeting, Corinthia Lisboa Hotel, Lisbon, Portugal
What it is: This session is the public presentation of the work of the Security and Stability Advisory Committee (SSAC).
Why it's important: The SSAC and the Root Server System Advisory Committee (RSSAC) will be present the results of their joint study of including IPv6 resources records in the root hints file and the DNS priming response from root name servers. A short review of other recent SSAC activities and work in progress will be presented. This is an opportunity for the public to interact with SSAC members with questions and comments.
Who should attend: Any one with an interest in the security and stability issues of the Internet's naming and address allocation systems.
