The second round of ICANN meetings in 2003 will be held 22-26 June in Montréal, Canada. The meetings are free to attend, and open to any interested person. ICANN encourages broad participation in its bottom-up consensus-development process. You can take part in these meetings by attending in person, by taking part in the webcast and remote participation opportunities, and/or by joining one of the various ICANN-related mailing lists.
The meetings will be hosted by the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA), which is providing a local website that will give information regarding the area, the meeting, and local hotels.

Pre-registration for the meeting is now open, a list of attendees is also available.
While pre-registration is not required, the information will be used to prepare printed nametags. Pre-registration will also assure that you're kept up to date about logistical details as information becomes available.details as information becomes available.
Upon arrival, participants should pick up their badges and meeting materials at the registration desk located at Level 4, East Foyer. The registration desk will be open as follows:

The ICANN Public Forum and ICANN Board meeting will be webcast by RealMedia.

There will be an Internet Lounge in Level 4, West Foyer from 22-26 June. Wireless Internet connectivity (802.11b) will be available in the Internet Lounge and in the main meeting and public areas.
