Remote participation

Register | Main room | ccNSO

For those unable to physically attend ICANN meetings, we have a range of remote participation options.

Of most immediate interest will be the full conference window - where live video, audio, presentations and chatrooms are made available as the meeting is going on. This will cover all sessions in the main room.

You need to register (a two-minute process) to get a login for the room. Once you have that, you can follow any session online in real time.

REAL TIME CONFERENCING
Go HERE to register. You will be sent an email with a link to the MAIN ROOM SESSIONS

All sessions of the country code names supporting organization (ccNSO) will also be streamed live. There is no need to register for ccNSO events.

All these sessions will be archived and posted on the video page.

Please note: The conferencing software (Adobe Connect) will not work, or will perform badly, with some Linux versions.

AUDIO FEEDS

Most sessions going on during the week will be available to listen to live. Some are also available in French and Spanish.

Just find the specific webpage for the session you wish to listen into (by clicking through from the schedule page for example) and the audio feed should be clearly highlighted near the top of the page.

You will also find details of the meeting and any relevant agenda details and/or presentations for that meeting.

CHATROOMS

Most sessions have their own chatroom, accessible by visiting a particular session's webpage. It should appear at the bottom of your screen 24 hours before the session starts.

QUESTION BOX

The online question box is now closed, but for each meeting we open up a simple online form a month prior to the start of the meeting for anyone to ask questions directly of the Board and staff.
