II.2.13 Capital Requirements

The required capital required to fund JVTeam will be provided through contributions by both NeuStar, Inc. and Melbourne IT Ltd.. Warburg Pincus, one of the leading private equity investment companies in the world, has also stated that they are prepared to provide additional capital to fund the joint venture.
