Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the Preliminay .org Reassignment Evaluation. NeuStar limited our comments to those that are material. We've also included specific requests for actions that are consistent with the published ICANN criteria and process.

Separate files are provided for each of the evaluations to simplify posting to the ICANN site. Five files are provided, including:
