These are summaries and analyses of the public comments received between February and April 2010. To access the public fora and original materials go here. Considerable time and effort was undertaken to carefully consider and respond to all comments. Many of the comments resulted in substantive changes to the Guidebook or planning. Not all comments could be adopted; for example, some comments are in direct opposite to others and in other cases comments indicate implementation difficulties with some of the suggestions. All publications have been grouped into categories to facilitate understanding.
