DESCRIPTION: In this session we will report and discuss the following: FY15 Financial update Public Comment feedback on Draft FY16 Operating Plan & Budget Dashboard Progress Business Excellence FY15 Financial update As the current fiscal year comes to a close, we will provide an overview of the most recent financial forecast for FY15 (unaudited). Public Comment feedback on Draft FY16 Operating Plan & Budget A public comment period for the Draft FY16 Operating Plan & Budget was conducted from 18 March 2015 to 1 May 2015. We will share a summary analysis of the comments received from the public comment period and the improvements made to the draft. Dashboard Progress The Five-Year (FY2016–FY2020) Operating Plan was approved by the Board on 26 April 2015, and the Plan includes 5 objectives, 16 goals, and key performance indicators.
