Article V, Section 1

I am apalled by the proposed change that lengthens the terms of
the ICANN board. In view of recent discoveries of their fiscal
irresponsibility, they should be voluntarily resigning. It is
just a matter of time before legal action is taken against them
for their wrongful acts. They should be acting quickly and
swiftly to repair the damage they've done, implement proper
checks and balances so their spending is under control, and
humbly resign. Going to large corporations asking for bailouts
is not an acceptable solution and does nothing to insure that
their spending is under control.
