You don't get it, do you?  As MSVH has already pointed out, you have no
authority whatsoever to dictate who will and will not be admitted to a
meeting room reserved by ICANN.  If you wish to hold a meeting where you
determine who can attend, reserve your own room.  Of course, you would run
the risk of being the only person there...

BTW, "Kaminzimmer Room" is redundant.  "Zimmer" means "room" in German.
