Re: [ga] problems with GAC site.

  It is interesting to note that there is no representative of the EU
on the list of "Accredited Representatives", whatever that means...

  I would also question the legitimacy of the determination of
whom of the GAC is "Accredited" as well...  To my knowledge,
there has been no election process from the yet to exist
ICANN Membership as to what the "Accreditation" requirements,
are, should be, and outlined for public comment as also required
within the framework of the White Paper, and the MoU....
